I help decide what matters now, what can wait, and what is not worth building at all.
I lead technology where judgment has to hold.
At Oegema Logistics + I work where technology direction, platform judgment, AI, and organisational reality meet.
I joined Oegema in September 2023 for principal Kubernetes and DevOps work. Since then the role has widened into strategy, innovation, delivery, and the systems underneath them.
My work tends to sit where the problem is technical, political, and operational at the same time. I care about making the right call, getting people aligned, and leaving behind systems that hold up under pressure.
I lead from inside the work.
I set direction, stay close to the stack, and carry decisions far enough that they survive contact with the organisation.
I keep enough technical depth in the room that platform and infrastructure decisions stay honest.
I use AI where it improves review, knowledge flow, and decision speed. The point is operational value, not theatre.
Good decisions are not enough. The work has to survive budgets, priorities, and the people who have to live with it.
The public record.
Oegema is the current work. The rest is earlier infrastructure work and a few public-facing projects I have built or led.
Oegema Sourcebot story
At Oegema I helped turn open source, internal AI, and platform work into tools people actually use in day-to-day work.
Glasvezel De Wolden
I worked on Glasvezel De Wolden when the job was infrastructure, public trust, and getting difficult technical choices over the line.
GroenLinks-PvdA De Wolden
I built the platform and helped run the campaign work around it. That meant planning, message discipline, and execution under public scrutiny.
Het Hooge Woord
I do the brand, site, hosting, copy, and a lot of the public-facing work behind it.
Oegema is the main job.
I still make time for founder work, campaigns, schools, and cultural projects. The context changes. The standard does not.
Toolit
I still take care of existing commitments there and keep the systems behind them running.
Toolit →KC de Klimtoren
School and communications work where clarity, consistency, and trust matter more than cleverness.
KC de Klimtoren →Campaign work
Digital campaign leadership for GroenLinks Drenthe and De Wolden, where planning, platform, and message discipline had to move together.
Campaign docs →Design background
I trained as a designer. It still shows up in how I write, how I structure things, and what I am willing to put my name on.

If you would rather start on a platform you already use, LinkedIn is still there. The Oegema article is the clearest public snapshot of the current work.
